  • Dr. Chan will perform a comprehensive examination and review your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done same day. Patients with extensive medical histories or treatment plans may need to return for subsequent appointments.

  • Recent x-rays are a critical component of your comprehensive exam, as it allows the doctor to accurately diagnosis the condition of your mouth. We utilize digital imaging, which allows for minimal exposure of radiation.

    If you had x-rays taken within the last 6 months, you may have your previous dentist forward those records to our office prior to your first visit with us.

  • We accept all PPO insurances. We do not accept HMO insurance plans. We are in-network with Delta Dental and out of network with all other insurance companies. As a convenience to our patients, we will process your insurance claim for you to achieve maximum reimbursement.

  • Out of network means that the dental provider has not signed a contract with a specific insurance company to accept network discounts or insurance company rules.

  • Yes! Dr. Chan is great with children and we love having them in the office. We also offer nitrous oxide for particularly anxious children.

  • There is 2 hour street parking and metered parking around the building.

  • We understand that dental insurance may not completely cover the costs of treatment. Please contact our office regarding flexible payment plan options.
